Bonfire Night was the result of the 'Gunpowder Plot' that is a conspiracy to blow up the Houses of Parliament on 5 November 1605, however the plot was discovered the night before.

It wasn't a synchronised fireworks show but it was one of the longest fireworks display I've seen.
