How to Get to Nami Island (남이섬) From the Pier the EXCITING Way!!!

If you're looking to go to Namiseom during your visit to Korea, maybe this might appeal to you as one of the ways to enhance your visit to the Namiseom. Firstly, there are two ways to reach the island. You can either take the ferry which would take around 10 minutes excluding the waiting time so you should note if you were to visit during peak seasons, or you could take the zipwire to the island. I chose the zipwire despite cost, which I would come to later, basically because it's not something I would experience often, so why not! Now the cost, it cost me KRW 38,000, yes it's not a small amount but I didn't mind it at all just for the experience. But do note the KRW 38,000 covers the zipwire ride to the island, entrance to Namiseom and the ride back on the ferry when you're done at the island. The zipwire experience starts when you head up to the top of the Zipwire tower which is at least 10-storey tall and I'll let you watch the rest of the ride below. 

*Note: You will be given a choice to take the zipwire ride to Jaraseom/ Jara Island which achieves a higher speed because it's steeper, then take a ferry to Nami Island, OR  zipwire ride directly to Namiseom/ Nami Island which is slower but still achieves speeds of up to 80km/h from the tower. I chose the zipwire ride to Namiseom directly.
